The Company
JA Floors was founded by Josh Alford in 2006. Over around 20 years the business has built a base of repeat clients who trust the work enough to keep coming back and to refer others.
Grinding, levelling, vinyl systems, resin coatings, polished concrete and coordinated delivery across multi-trade environments.
The Team
JA Floors has a directly employed core team skilled across multiple tasks, from preparation through to installation. Because the core team is directly employed, we keep closer control over the quality of the finish and the continuity of the program.
That matters on technically demanding commercial work, where the substrate and the finished floor have to be planned together and delivered inside a builder’s or facility’s program. Our equipment includes three-phase grinders and pumping equipment for levelling, so the team can take on both contained areas and substantial floor areas.
